Flavor of Love

Ok, I know that I am late but I FINALLY started watching Flavor of Love 3. Each week I just DVRed it with the intention of watching it later. Well later is here. Currently, the 1st episode is playing but I don' think that I will get to the rest. The reason: Flavor of Love is very degrading to women and it displays disrespectful activities.

Now, I can understand a real dating show where the man is actually trying to find an upstanding woman. Also where the man himself is an upstanding individual. Now, I don't know Flavor Flav personally, but most of them women on that show haven't known him personally until they walked through those doors. In my opinion, Flavor Flav is less of a man. If you completely ignore his appearance, you will have an individual who acts immature, posess ignorance, and is completley disrespectful to woman. First off, any person who classifies an individual, not just females, by the way that they look posesses ignorance. The way that he judges the girls and give them 'nick names' is very disrespectful.

What I don't understand is why them women throw themselves at Flav. But in my opinion, most of the girls on that show have very low self-esteem. For one, they throw themselves at a man who lacks class and two, they flaunts themselves on TV as under-intelligent whores.

BUT I can't completely blame the females. VH1 purposely pick females that will embarass themselves and display low-class characteristics. Why must black females be portrayed in such a manner? Why must the shows with the highest ratings also display black individuals conforming to the stereostypes put on them during slavery times?

The show Flavor of Love is a disgrace. I will not waste my intelligence watching a show that is meant to degrade and demoralize women. It is obvious that the show's sole purpose is to degrade women because the producers pick those contestants that will perform degrading acts and also women that will allow their self worth to be classified by their body type.

In my opinion, flashing your butt and breasts toward a man that you just met is considered low class. Using your physical assets to get a man is considered low class. Swearing and participating in altercations is considered low class.

Therefore, I am completely against Flavor of Love because I know my value and my self-worth. I know that women was not placed on this earth to be degraded and disrespected. And I know that Flavor of Love is completely against that..

Ohio Police shoots a Baby during a Drug Raid

The death of Tarika Wilson during a drug raid has left tensions here simmering between minorities and police. Wilson, 26, was fatally shot and her 1-year-old son was injured when SWAT officers burst into her home looking for her boyfriend. The officer is white, the victims black.
Black clergy leaders are nervously waiting for investigators to decide whether to charge a veteran officer who fired the fatal shots. "This was ready to blow," said Daniel Hughes, one of several pastors who has been preaching patience while residents demand more answers about the shooting. "It still could go either way."
More than two weeks have passed since the Jan. 4 death of Wilson, a 26-year-old mother of six. Her baby son, Sincere Wilson, was injured and had a finger amputated.

17-yr old infects minors with Gonorrhea

MediaTakeOut.com has learned that police in Dillon, SC have arrested 17 year old Kayle Alford (seen above) and charged him with criminal sexual conduct with minors under the age of 11.The case against Alford was first opened last month when a 4 and 5 year old tested positive for the sexually transmitted disease gonorrhea. Police say the only way those children could have been infected with a sexually transmitted disease is through sexual assault.Police also arrested the childrens' parents and charged them with neglect.We'll try and give you more on this case as it unfolds.

Kelly Rowland gets Breast Enhancements

Kelly Rowland has gotten a little more bustylicious. Rowland, who sang "Bootylicious" with Beyonce in the group Destiny's Child, tells People magazine in its March 17 issue that she had plastic surgery last October to bring her "from an A-cup to a B-cup."
As for the one-cup upgrade, Rowland says: "I didn't want to have double Ds and be a little bitty size 2 — that would look nuts!"
"I was sick of not fitting into my tops," she says. "There was this one really hot House of Dereon top — I just wanted to fill that out!" Rowland says that top — designed by Beyonce's mom, Tina Knowles — complements her new curves: "I put it on and I looked so good! I'm so happy. I feel complete."
"It is a decision I made for myself. I like it, and that's all that counts. For young people: Think about it before you just jump off and do something (you may regret later)," she says.

Whoppi Goldberg vs the Oscars

Whoopi Goldbeg has accepted an apology from producer Gil Cates for not including her in a montage featuring Oscar hosts during Sunday's Academy Awards telecast. Cates called her Tuesday and "talked about the fact that he had made an oversight, pure and simple. He said, `You know I love you,'" Goldberg said Wednesday on ABC daytime talk show "The View." Goldberg, who called Cates a "great gentleman," accepted his apology. She said she has "moved on" since choking up on Monday's show when her fellow co-hosts discussed how she was left out of the clip.
The 52-year-old actress-comedian hosted the Oscars in 1994, 1996, 1999 and 2002.




Ok... let me get this straight. Whoopi hosted the Oscars in 94, 96, 99 and 2002 but she was oversighted. In my opinion, either Gil is extremely dumb or a dawg good liar. For one, when doing some type of montage like that you must go through year by year. What, did Gil just think that years 94, 96, 99, and 2002 just disappeared from the past.. How can you do something for the Oscars in 2008 and not know who hosted the show 6 years prior? I think that Gil purposely left Whoopi out. I mean, it is not like she only hosted once. That lady hosted the show four times with the latter being 6 years ago...

I don't know why Whoopi accepted his apology cause it was obviously a hoax. If he 'loved' Whoopi so much, he would have remembered that she hosted the show four dang times..

Once Again....

Ok, I'm back AGAIN.. After 13 freaking days I am back.. Maybe one day, some day, I will get back to my blog and give it much needed attention, but right now I am surrounded with hectic things double-dosed in a hectic life..

I think my journey in my location is just about over. I did it, done it, took a picture, and put that sucka on a t-shirt so it is time to move on.. It is funny the cards that are dealt to you.. I mean, you try to live right and do the right things but yet bad things happen to good people... But hey, it wouldn't be life without trials, difficulties, and pains..

Currently I am in a relationship... I can somewhat see a permanent future relationship, but I am not sure.. I mean, things are good somethings but now it seems like I am put on the back burner. I mean, he have a lot of things going on in his life but there is a lot going on in mine too. I know it is probably selfish of me, but I want him to concentrate solely on me.. BUT I know that that is not possible. It just feels like I have no one and all of his energy goes towards other things.. BUT basically, what is too much to ask for from a man?? A good man: Should he put all that he is going through on the back burner just to attend to his woman? Or is it selfish for the woman to expect the man to just give everything up for her??

Who knows... But like I was saying.. I am about to end this current journey that I am in and will start on a new path of my life.. I just have to figure out if I want to partake on this new adventure alone...

Brad & Angelina Pregnant with TWINS!!

Angelina Jolie is pregnant with twins, her partner Brad Pitt has confirmed to friends. The couple are already adoptive parents to Cambodian Maddox, six; Ethiopian Zahara, three; and Vietnamese Pax Thien, four; and have a biological daughter Shiloh Nouvel, 21 months.

"They didn't exactly plan this pregnancy, but they wanted more children and Brad says Angelina was very willing to have them herself."
Before she met Pitt on the set of Mr & Mrs Smith in 2005, Jolie said she thought she would only adopt children, but changed her mind when she was the actor interacting with her eldest son Maddox. She said: "I believe I'm meant to find my children in the world and not necessarily have them genetically."

Ok, I always had choice words for Brad and Angelina and the recent additions had to effect on my feelings.

In spite of what others may think, I am quite disgusted by Brad and Angelina.. Maybe disgusted is the wrong word, but I am aggrevated and if someone passes a law to where Brad and Angelina could not be mentioned in the media ever again I would be the first to sign the petition.

First off, I am not Brad's biggest fan. This is a man who was deeply in love with Jennifer Aniston for years, and may I add many years, but after one role with Angelina he decided to throw his so-called love away, shack up with that Hollywood 'trick', and go for the United Nations Award. I am deeply upset cause the world is praising them when their acts is degrading marriage, vows, and families.

These Hollywood stars aggrevates me cause after one passionate love scene, that was completely fake, they fall in love. I don't know if all celebrities are that stupid or if that are just naive. But most of them so quick and easily fall in love that it is sicking.

But back to Angelina and her recent pregnancy. The whole world is throwing her congrats but I me, *smh* not in this world. How many kids do this lady want out of wedlock. And what was she trying to prove adopting all of them children. Did she have to go oversees to get kids. What? Are not enough illegal citizens in this world for her. Then she keeps having them. This set of twins wil make it their sixth so for the world's sake, I really hope she gets her tubes tied.

Or maybe they are waiting for some type of award so someone please give them the 'United Nations Award/Most Mixed Children out of Wedlock Award' so they can stop already... PLEASE!!
